There just aren't enough positive words to describe Brett and the team at Floco Decking Systems. Brett spent an afternoon driving around showing me Lanai's that they had completed. He was extremely patient with me and my indecisiveness. Brett & Kelly came over and listened to my ideas and helped me create the concept I was looking for. The potential color choices are endless. If you can think it, they can create it.
Their communication throughout the process was fantastic. Even as the work began, they confirmed every color mix before they began the work. The entire crew was polite and kept the work area very neat. Every evening they gathered their equipment up and placed it to the side out of the way. Even after the work was done, Brett has followed up several times to make sure we were happy with the way it turned out. The finished product is unbelievable. It's better than I imagined. We have received so many compliments. The rubber is soft on the feet, there is no slipping now when getting out of the pool, it sparkles in the sunlight and glows in the dark. It is chic, elegant and cool as h*ll to look at in the dark.
In my line of work I deal with contractors every day and I have never had such a good experience. Their customer service is just phenomenal. It's only been a little over a week since installation but I have no doubt that they will stand behind their work. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
